A few weeks ago, when the idea for Men of Style began to take shape, I read this article on Demian Bichir, and fell further in love with him. He’s a truly versatile actor, and a quick read through the interview will tell you that he carries himself with an old-school class that translates as his very deep respect for his audience and art. I was introduced to him through his role as the ruthless drug lord with a heart on Weeds, and I cannot wait to cuddle up with a nice bowl of popcorn and Reese’s Pieces to watch A Better Life.

Ladies and gentlemen, style is not entirely about what you’re wearing, it’s how you carry yourself in it. For that reason, Mr. Bichir will always have a place as one of Ripped Nylon’s first and favorite Men of Style.
